Ayam Goreng Kalasan (Kalasan Fried Chicken)

Fried Chicken Kalasan
Material:
1 chicken (can be cut according to taste)
500 ml coconut milk
1 / 2 teaspoon baking soda
5 pieces of garlic, crushed
2 bay leaves
1 cm galangal, smashed
salt & brown sugar, according to taste
cooking oil to taste

How to Make it:
1. Boil chicken with coconut milk and other ingredients until the water is low and the chicken is tender. Add water if necessary. Drain and chill.
2. Fried chicken with lots of oil and heat until golden brown (not too dry). Lift. Spread remaining sauce thickened former chicken stew to make it look shiny.

Sambal Chicken Kalasan
material:
15 pieces of red chilli (remove seeds)
6 pieces red onion
2 pieces of garlic
1 tomato red
1 / 2 teaspoons shrimp paste
salt and sugar, according to taste.


how to make it:
Boil red chilies and tomatoes. Then puree with other ingredients. Saute with 5 tablespoons of cooking oil over low heat, then enter the rest of the former thick sauce chicken stew. Cook over low heat until cooked through and out of oil. Remove and serve!
